Demolition & haul-away in one call
The job

One call, not two

A sagging deck or a shed that's more rust than roof doesn't need two separate calls. PROJUNK tears the structure down and hauls every piece of it away in one visit. No separate demo crew, no separate haul-away truck, no second invoice.

In Kentucky, no local demolition license is required for the scope of work PROJUNK performs. The crew pulls the necessary permits directly for every project rather than routing it through a subcontractor. That's one fewer layer between you and the job getting done.

What we tear down

  • Sheds and outbuildings
  • Decks and porches
  • Fences (wood, chain-link, vinyl)
  • Detached garages
  • Houses, barns, and trailers (typically single-story)
  • Interior demo: flooring, drywall, cabinetry

Three steps

How demolition works

Walked, priced, and permitted before anything comes down.

Step 01

Walkthrough & estimate

PROJUNK looks at the structure in person, checking size, materials, and access, then gives you a price before anything comes down. Concrete and other heavy material get priced on-site since there's no flat rate for those.

Step 02

Permits & prep

For anything requiring a permit, PROJUNK pulls it directly. Utilities are located and disconnected as needed before the crew starts.

Step 03

Teardown & haul-away

The structure comes down and every scrap of debris leaves with the crew the same trip. No dumpster left behind, nothing for you to haul to the curb.

Why it goes smoothly

Why the demo side is in-house

01

Permits pulled in-house

No local demolition license is required in Kentucky for this scope. PROJUNK pulls the permits directly instead of routing the job through a third party.

02

Demo & haul-away, one trip

The crew that tears the structure down is the crew that hauls it off. Nothing sits in your yard waiting on a second appointment.

03

On-site estimate first

Concrete, structural work, and full teardowns get priced after a walkthrough, not guessed over the phone. You know the number before anything comes down.

What it costs

Priced by scope, free on-site estimate

Full demolition, concrete, and other heavy-material jobs are priced on-site after a walkthrough. There's no flat rate for those, so PROJUNK gives you a firm number before work starts, not an estimate that changes later.

Eli and David worked hard to take down my parents' deck. They were friendly, professional, punctual, and hard workers. They will be the first call we make for any future demo projects.

I am a commercial large loss project manager for Servpro in the Louisville area. Blake and his team offer an unbeatable service with a quality team of laborers. We have, and will continue to, use his team for demolition and debris removal.

We had a 25 year old cedar picket fence. I called and they came the next day, removed the fence super fast and without destroying our yard. They cleaned up all the debris and swept the driveway.

Contact us
Do you need a demolition license to tear down my shed or deck in Kentucky?
No. For the light and full demolition work PROJUNK performs, no local demolition license is required in Kentucky. The crew pulls whatever permits the job needs directly rather than subcontracting that step out, which keeps the project moving without an extra layer of scheduling.
Can PROJUNK tear down a full house or barn, not just a shed or deck?
Yes, within limits. PROJUNK handles full structural demolition of houses, barns, and trailers, typically for single-story buildings. Two-story structures are considered case by case after an on-site walkthrough. Every full teardown starts with an in-person estimate rather than a number quoted sight unseen, since scope, access, and disposal volume all shift the price.
What about asbestos or lead paint in an older structure?
PROJUNK does not handle suspected asbestos, lead paint, or other hazardous materials directly. If the walkthrough turns up a structure that may contain either, that gets flagged before demo starts so a licensed abatement contractor can address it first. This protects you and the crew. It's not a step worth skipping.
Does the demolition price include hauling away the debris?
Yes. Demolition and haul-away happen in the same visit with the same crew. There's no separate dumpster rental or second appointment to schedule. Everything that comes down leaves the property that day, which is the whole point of bundling the two jobs together.
How is a demolition job priced if there's no flat rate?
All demolition jobs are priced after Blake or a crew lead walks the site in person, since the scope varies too much for a phone quote. Sheds, decks, fences, full demolition, and concrete removal all get quoted based on what we see. You'll have the number before anything comes down.
Do you handle interior demolition, not just exterior structures?
Yes. Flooring tear-out, drywall removal, and cabinetry demo are priced and scheduled the same way as a shed or deck teardown: an in-person walkthrough, a firm number before work starts, and the debris loaded out before the crew leaves.
What happens to concrete or masonry that comes down during a demo?
Concrete and other heavy material are priced on-site rather than folded into a flat demolition rate, since weight and volume vary too much to quote sight unseen. The crew accounts for it during the same walkthrough that prices the rest of the job.
